Our Criminal Records Search Report will reveal any nationwide arrests, cases and dispositions (if available).
If the dispositions are not available, we may find the information through other means for an additional charge, which we can discuss with you via telephone or email.
Select this option for 1 to 4 consecutive hours of surveillance. This is a special local rate and may not apply to all surveillance cases.
Please note that the fee covers consecutive hours of surveillance and cannot be broken up. Whether you require 15 minutes of surveillance or up to 4 hours, the fee remains the same, and includes drive time from our Chandler office.
Additionally, hours cannot be split across multiple days or locations unless explicitly authorized by Detective Brooks. Please communicate with Detective Brooks upon scheduling service.

Select this option for up to 10 hours of surveillance. This is a Phoenix East Valley rate, and hours may be broken up to accommodate the needs of the case. The case must be approved by Detective Brooks either by phone or email before checking out.

🔹 Billed at $125 per hour, per investigator.
🔹 Surveillance does not have to be consecutive but must be scheduled in advance or at the discretion of the agency.
🔹 Each surveillance session has a minimum of 4 hours of billing, unless we agree on a different arrangement.
🔹 Drive time from our Chandler office is included in the total surveillance time.
🔹 If a written report is desired, hourly rate is $100 per hour.

GENERAL INVESTIGATIONS
GENERAL INVESTIGATIONS RATES
General investigations cover a broad range of private investigative services, with rates ranging from $1,500 to $10,000, billed hourly, in addition to any case-related expenses. These investigations typically involve a combination of research, interviews, and fact-finding to support legal matters, personal inquiries, or business investigations.
Each investigation is uniquely tailored to the specifics of the client’s case, ensuring a personalized approach that addresses individual needs and objectives. Since no two cases are alike, our strategies are designed to uncover the truth in the most efficient and effective manner.
SURVEILLANCE RATES
Surveillance is billed at $125 per hour, per investigator.
• A minimum of 4 hours of billing is required for each surveillance session, unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon.
Short Surveillance: $600
For surveillance sessions requiring only 1-4 consecutive hours, the price is $150 per hour, with a minimum charge of $500.
This is a one-time surveillance session and cannot be split into multiple sessions.

Advanced Surveillance: $2500
Select this option for up to 20 hours of surveillance. The investigation and surveillance hours may be broken up to accommodate the needs of the case.
Polygraph / Lie Detector Test: $300 – $1000
Level One Background Check: $200.00 (Database only)
Level Two Background Check: $500.00 (Includes database search, criminal record check from jurisdictions where the subject has lived).
Level Three Background Check: $1500 - 2,500.00 (Depending the case, include: nationwide database search, law enforcement reports, attempts to obtain police body camera footage, subject social media analysis, bank asset check, and civil court history. This comprehensive service is ideal for corporate, legal, or personal investigations.)
Maricopa County Criminal Defense: Maricopa County, Serial 240034-S, under the Office of Contract Counsel (OCC). You will need to complete the form, mark us as your vendor.
Criminal Defense: 20-40 hours of investigations ($2000-$4000 starting retainer).
